Is it safe? Yes — the honest version
SurgeFPS is in public beta and not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” prompt the first time you run the installer. That appears for any new app without a paid certificate — it's not a virus warning.
To run it:
- 1. On the blue prompt, click More info.
- 2. Click Run anyway.
- Every change is captured and fully reversible — one-click rollback, and uninstalling reverts everything automatically.
- SurgeFPS can create a real Windows System Restore Point before the first change.
- It never touches your files or browsing — only what's needed for your account and license.
- Everything it changes is explained in the app before you apply it.

Installing

- 4Optionally sign in to unlock Pro tweaks on your subscription.
